This long experience and our motivation to improve day by day the aluminum injection processes has led us to develop our own and innovative technology that significantly improves the final result.
This new process of aluminum injection,LAC (low air cavity) is based on the elimination of air during the injection process. This provides improvements in the part and in the process of manufacturing it.
The LAC allows obtaining a piece with less internal porosity, greater mechanical strength, and ductility. The surface finish presents fewer blisters, having eliminated the cause of them during the injection process. The pieces obtained with this process can be tempered.
It can simplify the process of manufacturing parts under this method as it allows us to simplify the mold and injection of aluminum.
